Before joining InvesTech Research, Katie worked as a graphic designer and customer support lead creating custom branding and building positive client relationships.
Role at InvesTech:
Katie O’Malley is the Client Service Professional at InvesTech Research. She provides the highest level of customer service to InvesTech subscribers with accurate subscription processing and detailed account maintenance. She is a key participant in graphic creation for our publications and collaborates with the team on marketing materials & campaigns.
When not in the office:
Katie loves to explore the outdoors and to travel. In the summer, she can be found hiking, camping, fishing, listening to live music, and going to farmers’ markets. During colder months, she enjoys skiing, ice skating, reading, and working on various creative projects from drawing to silversmithing.
